![]() The Catalog Code Assignment tab is where you can assign the part number, if you hadn’t already assigned in the schematic drawings. There you can add end plates, end stops, etc. Select the strip you wish to insert and click Edit. ![]() When you get ready to insert the terminal strip in the panel layout, you open Terminal Strip Editor. ![]() You can insert the terminal symbols into your schematic drawings and assign a part number. The TSE is also where you add hardware, such as end plates, separator plates, end anchors, etc. The TSE allows you to select multiple terminals and assign them the same part number all at once. All you need to do is assign the part number to the terminal block symbol by clicking Lookup from the Edit dialog for the terminals or by assigning the part number via the Terminal Strip Editor. The terminal part number data is added to the catalog database and the footprint lookup database.
